Your services are personally reserved for you. Therefore, your punctuality is greatly appreciated. We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon. Just ask our receptionist or friendly staff and we’ll arrange everything.


At Cabello Salon we have the strongest guarantee in town.  If you’re not completely delighted with our service or your treatment, just say so and we’ll either re-do your hair for free to make it right, or your entire fee will be refunded. No questions asked.


We ask for at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, 72 hours for parties of 4 or more. This courtesy allows us to schedule another guest, and in turn, maintain a higher availability of our services for you, as well as for others. All cancellations without 24 hours notice and all no-shows are subject to be charged 50% of the scheduled service.


Gift Cards purchased in the salon can only be redeemed at Cabello Salon. Unused value cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. No cash or credit card refunds will be given. Gift Cards do not expire. If you have any questions about your gift please contact us at 250.590.1866
